What do I need to do to Post an Event?
Actually, you don't have to do anything more than you are currently doing now if you are running courteous events or meetings. If you repeat events (like weekly or monthly) and we have run it before, then all we need is any changes (like dates, locations, descriptions, etc. for the previous event).
Here is the short list of what we need from you to take your reservations:
- Your Group or Organization Name, Contact person, phone and email
- Your Group or Organization Website URL
- Event Name (ie: Our Company Annual Awards Banquet)
- If the Event is Private or Invite only, what is the Password or special code you want people to use to see it on our website? This word is "Case Sensitive".
- Event Date and Time (ie. Monday June 18, 2007, 7:00pm - 10.pm)
- Event Location (ie. Mandalay Bay)
- Event Description (Minimum one paragraph description of the event)
- Event Registration Dates (ie. Start: 5/1/07 End: 6/15/07 at 3:00PM)
- Your "Contact" Email address you will manage the Event from:
- Receive immediate RSVP notifications
- Provided to attendees on their email receipt
- Login to our website to get reporting
- Cost to attend (if any) and Your PayPal Email to make payments to.
- Online Event registrations are paid to VegasVIPEvents.com
- We deduct 10% for Credit Card and administrative costs

- What is the maximum number of Seats to sell (if any)?

- What is the maximum number of RSVPs one person can make?
Do you want each person to only RSVP for themselves or can they make RSVPs for other guests? You will only receive one contact email for this RSVP. You can ask them in the email above to respond with the names, emails, etc. for their guests.
